Refund Process

Review and Confirmation: We will review and respond within 2 business days of receiving the return request. If the return request is approved, we will provide: the return address and return instructions.
Refund Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the refund will be returned to the customer's original payment account within 2 business days.
Shipping Information:
We will cover return shipping costs for items with quality issues or incorrect shipments.
If a return is initiated due to the customer's own reasons (For example, dissatisfaction with the product style, the tablecloth size not being suitable, or a change of mind.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
